Restaking slash coverage still reads as a contingent note

Posted coverage matched the last signed sheet. No slash printed overnight, and this office left the restaking file contingent.

Ethereum
Cream rating note with a red wax seal on a felt blotter

Ethereum restaking still files in this office as a contingent note, not as a free upgrade to yield. The slash coverage that sat on the blotter overnight did not show a new incident. Operator sets stayed inside the same watch. That is not the same as saying the risk is gone. Contingent notes stay contingent.

This desk grades restaking the way a credit office grades a guarantee. Who pays if the event hits. Is the coverage actually posted. Last night the posted coverage still matched the last signed sheet. No actively validated service on the short list printed a slash that would force a rewrite of the folder.

The queue of exits around restaked ether did not look like a run. It looked like ordinary calls. Operators can still leave. The protocol still lets them. Coverage still sits. That is the whole technology file for this window.

The grade on the clip

Helen Brant is not promoting the note. She is not pulling it either. A contingent stamp means the coverage is posted and the event has not hit. It does not mean the event cannot hit. Anyone who wants a clean upgrade will have to wait for a different sheet.

If a slash prints, this office will open the folder and stamp a new grade. Until then the manila sheet stays where it is: contingent, passing, and still on the felt. The lamp is on. The seal is dry. The note still stands.
